Mid C19. Stucco, Welsh slated roof. Three storeys, 2nd floor entablature with modillion cornice. Sash windows. Two ground floor canted bay windows with cast iron railings to 1st floor balconies. Pedimented door surrounds. Four windows to each upper floor, 1st floor architrave surrounds under entablatures, 2nd floor tall windows cutting into cornice.
