Mid C19. Stucco, Welsh slated roof. Three storeys, 2nd floor entablature with modillion cornice. Sash windows. Plinth, 1st floor band and sill band. Single storey canted bay on left with cast iron railings to 1st floor balcony. Ground floor has door and oblong fanlight in surround of coupled Doric pilasters under entablature; round headed windows on right with cornice on consoles. Upper floors each have three windows in architrave surrounds, French window on left of 1st floor.
