Mid C19. Stucco, Welsh slated roof. Three storeys, 2nd floor entablature with modillion cornice. Sash windows. Central three storey canted bay. Channelled ground and 1st floors, with rusticated quoins. Arched ground floor windows in surrounds of pilasters under archivolts and square headed three light windows on left. Doorway on right has marginal lights and oblong fanlight. 1st floor side windows in surrounds of Composite pilasters under entablatures; central window eared architrave under consoles flanking keyblock ornamented with paterae. 2nd floor narrow round headed windows, four in centre, two pairs either side all with archivolts and impost bands.
