1. 4412 COLLEGE APPROACH SE10 (North Side)

2. Circa 1840. 3 storeys. One bay only on College Approach front with West return to Greenwich Church Street and rounded angle between. Stucco with cornice and parapet. Angle slightly rebated. 2nd floor cill band, banded rusticated ground floor, plain plinth. 3-light windows, both sashes with glazing bars, that on 2nd floor in plain reveal. Moulded architrave, cornice and pediment to 1st floor window. Segment headed ground floor shop window with rustications forming voussoirs to arch. Replaced, glazed door on angle. 2-window West return with cornice band and parapet. Moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, those in right bay blocked. At left a modern door with plain fanlight in round arched recess. Modern shop on ground floor set between original rusticated pilasters.

The listed buildings on the North Side of College Approach form a group with No 38 King William Walk.
