Late C18. Three storeys red brick. Hipped old tiled roof with stone coping four sashes with glazing bars intact. Two stringcourses. First floor windows have wrought iron balconettes with lyre designs. Plinth. Doorcase has open pediment with two Tuscan 3/4 columns. Semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, panelled reveals and six-panelled door. Two stone steps. Footscraper.

Nos 1 to 15 (consec) paving and cobbles in front of Nos 1 to 15 (consec) together with Nos 1 & 3 Whitstable Street form a group.
