Late C18. 3 storeys red brick. Hipped old tiled roof with stone coping 4
sashes with glazing bars intact. 2 stringcourses. 1st floor windows have
wrought iron balconettes with lyre designs. Pl1nth. Doorcase has open pediment
with 2 Tuscan 3/4 columns. Semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, panelled
reveals and 6 panelled door. 2 stone steps. Footscraper.

Nos 1 to 15 (consec) paving and cobbles in front of Nos 1 to 15 (consec)
together with Nos 1 & 3 Whitstable Street form a group.
