The rear to No 1 London Road. Mid C18. 3 storeys red brick. Tiled roof
in 3 hips. 3 sashes set in moulded architraves with glazing bars intact.
Ground floor has thick weatherhood and brackets. Semi-circular fanlight with
glazing bars and 6 panelled door. 2 blanks. Side elevation also has sash
windows and a stone coping. Round window to left of doorcase.

Forms a group with Nos 1 to 15 (consec) London Road.
