Late C18 pair. 3 storeys and basement, cemented with a rusticated ground floor.
Coping with moulded eaves cornice. 2 windows each, on the 2nd floor 1 sash
and 1 3 light lunette, on the 1st floor 1 narrow sash and 1 3-light bay with
modillion cornice above which runs through 2 floors. Doorcases (on each side)
have open pediments, plain pilasters, panelled reveals, semi-circular fanlights
and 6 panelled door.

Nos 1 to 15 (consec) paving and cobbles in front of Nos 1 to 15 (consec)
together with Nos 1 & 3 Whitstable Road form a group.
