Long, mid C19 Tudor style house. Now pebbledashed but with stone
dressings, ie quoins, modified entablatures on gable ends, door and
window surrounds and hoodmoulds, House consists of three 2-storey
wings with gable ends to road and l-storey links between, the left
link with attic. Rooflines suggest an earlier (circa 18lO) house
has been incorporated but it does not appear on main front. Two
and 3-light windows with cusped, low pointed heads to lights. In
right link a long, 6-light mullioned and transomed window. Tudor
arched door, in chamfered reveal, in left link.
No 16 and Stable form a group.
