Early-mid Cl9 villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stucco with frieze, cornice
and blocking course. Concealed double-span roof of moderately low pitch.
lst floor band. Plain reveals to replaced sash windows. Deep round bow
with 3 sash windows on ground floor left. On axis prostyle Doric porch
with fluted columns and mutule cornice. Half-glazed double door with
rectangular fanlight. Late C19 glazed porch on right return to Wells Park
Road.
