Former barn. C17. Timber-framed on lias limestone rubble plinth, weatherboarded with a tile roof. Three framed bays aligned east/west; central wagon bay with opposed cart entries and double doors.
Interior: three rows of panels from sill to wall-plate; collar and tie-beam roof trusses; end trusses have two collars, four struts to lower and three to upper collar and V-strut in apex; intermediate trusses have two raking struts and single collar above; two tiers of purlins. The barn forms a group with Oak House Farmhouse (qv).
