Shown on OS Map as Rosemead.
House. Mid-C18, remodelled mid-C19 with mid-C20 alterations and additions.
Brick, partly hand-made, with ashlar dressings. Slate roof with gable-end
parapets, decorative cast ironwork ridge and end stacks. Two storeys and
attic with ashlar modillion eaves cornice. Three bays. Windows all have
gauged flat arches with ashlar keyblocks and sills, and are all 12-pane
sashes. Central entrance has a moulded flat canopy on simple columns and
a 6-panelled door (with two raised and fielded panels and two glazed panels).
Attic lights in gable ends. C19 wing of two storeys adjoins to rear with
C20 fenestration.
