Farmhouse. C17, with extensive C20 alterations. Square panelled timber-
framing with part wattle-and-daub and part C20 infill, sandstone rubble
plinth, tiled roof. L-plan with wings aligned south-west/north-east and
north-west/south-east adjoining at north-west end, through-passage now blocked,
lateral stack and gable-end stack. Two storeys. North-eaiJ front: gabled
dormer with 3-light C20 window, similar 3-light window to ground floor, gable
end of cross-wing to right with two 2-light C20 windows. Ground floor has
multi-paned C20 window to right of half-glazed C20 door. Interior has chamfered
ceiling beams and a blocked doorway with segmental head.
