SO 4054 - 4154 DILWYN KAREN COURT, Dilwyn

13/29 Nos 13, 14 and 15 (formerly listed as a part of Great 20.2.53 House with outbuildings and two gateways with wrought iron work)

GV II

Barn, now three houses. C17, with some late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered and painted brick infill on a rubble plinth and under a tile roof. Three framed bays aligned north-east/south-west, the former central threshing floor having a porch to the north-west (rear) side. Street (south- east) front is of two storeys with five windows, the outer ones are paired 2- light casements, the central one a 3-light casement set in C20 weatherboarding. Ground floor has a similar pattern, with the central bay slightly recessed. Entrance to left-hand side of central bay (No 14), to left of right-hand bay entrance to No 13. No 15 entered from rear. Framing: four square panels high with straight angle braces. No 11 Karen Court (qv) is attached to the north under the same roof.
