Early-mid C19. Formerly the Spa House. Gothic style, crenellated. Three storeys in stucco with slate roof. Irregular elevations include battlemented octagonal turret. Various windows, square-headed with rectangular dripmoulds, pointed-arched with arched dripmoulds and Gothick glazing. Moulded four-centred arched doorway. Centre chimney.
