Early-mid C19. Formerly the attendant's cottage for the Spa House (now No 16 qv).
Two storeys in painted brick with slate roof. Three casement windows. To the
right, a one-window portion breaks forward with gable, square bay to ground
floor, and 3-light casement above with dripmould. Two-window wing has square-headed
casement to 1st floor, pointed-arched casement with Gothick glazing to ground
floor. Square-headed half-glazed door with tiled penticed hood on brackets
and fluted wood columns.
