Cl6 or earlier buildings which have been given an early C20 facade unifying
them with No 1 which is entirely of early C2o. Front shows high pitched slated
roof, fancy plastered 1st floor, and yellow brick ground floor with mock half
timbering. 2 storeys. No 2, 2 windows. No 3: one. Late Cl8 or early Cl9 sashes
with bars missing. Old building best seen from rear, with tiled roof of irregular
form, old brickwork and one original mullioned window. Inside much original
heavy timber exposed, including thick-headed posts, upcurved ties, roll-moulded
beams and solid braces.
