C19 elevation of 2 storeys with ground floor rendered and 1st floor tile hung
masking older framed structure. Ridge tile roof with tiled gable end to left
and tiled gable ended 1/2-dormer in centre.

Ground floor. C19 projecting oriel shop window and 3 C19 panelled doors (door
to right with ornamental bracketed tiled hood over). Tile hanging to left
brought down and curved forward to form hood with curved concave plastered
soffit with shop sign and name.

First floor. Various C19 casements and one C18 sash window with bars in centre.
1/2 dormers.

Premises occupied by Mary and Partick Antiques, L Muir, K W Baker and
P J Donoghue, Kent Cottage and Mills Bakery form a group.

Mills Bakery shall be amended to read Antique Shop.

Mills Bakery referred to in the group note should read Antique Shop.


Reference to Mills Bakery in the group notes for item 2/33 page 8 should now
read Antique Shop.
