Mid to late C19. 2 storeys yellow brick. Parapet. 5 cambered sashes to the
Pantiles elevation and 1 on the corner with keystones flanked by pilasters which
continue up to the parapet. Balustrading between ground and lst floors. Cl9
shop front which has partially reeded pilasters with freely interpreted Corinthian
capitals. 4 pilasters and cambered entrance with a keystone now glazed to form
a window. The rear of No 5 has 2 storeys. The ground floor is of brick. The
1st floor is tile hung. 4 casements with verticals only on lst floor. 2 cambered
casements on ground floor. Included for group value.
Nos 1 to 7 (odd) and 11 to 19 (odd) form a group.
