Mid C19. Three storeys basement and attics. Slate mansard roof with 8 pedimented dormers. Eight sashes with stone cills, some with glazing bars intact. Rusticated ground floor. Nos 12, 12A and 15 retain their stone balustrade. Seven steps to ground level.

Former Municipal Buildings, Nos 12, 12A & Nos 14 to 23 (consec) form a group.
