C16 range of 2-storey cottages, one window each except No 4, 2 windows on ground
floor. C19 restorations. High pitched tiled roofs half hipped at right. On
1st floor exposed framing with plaster filling. Nos 2 and 4 have oversailing
1st floor with exposed joists and curved brackets. No 3 has 2-storey projecting
canted bay. Ground floor of C19 red brick with black bands. Various C19 and
modern casements. Nos 1 to 3 have half glazed C19 doors, the other a door of
2 large boarded panels.
This range was originally a hall house.

Nos 1 to 10 (consec) Alms Row Cottages and Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Haynes Cottages
form a group.
