Farmhouse. Early C19. -Coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins. Slate roof with stone ridge. Stone gable end stacks with plain banding. Moulded stone copings and kneelers to gable walls. Two storeys, two bays. Off-centre doorcase with plain jambs and narrow lintel. C20 glazed door. To either side, two-light flush mullion windows with moulded surrounds. Two similar windows above. All fenestration C19 casements.
