'Heathcote Farm'
II


Cottage. Early C19. Partly rendered limestone rubble with gritstone dressings
and quoins. Plain tile roof. Stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Stone
gable end stacks with plain bands, northern stack partly replaced in brick. Two
storeys, two bays. To south, two 2-light flush mullion windows with small paned
casements. To south C20 concrete block lean-to covering original doorcase. Above
two similar windows to those below. Northern window has single pane casements.
