Corner house. Late C18. Coursed rubble stone on tall stone plinth
with alternating flush stone quoins, hipped slate roof, rendered
ridge stack. Square corner block, 2 storeys. Farcade to Burford
Street has two 12-pane sashes on first floor with flush stone
surrounds. One longer 12-pane sash on ground floor to right, and
door to left in semi-circular flush stone soffit with panelled
reveal, slightly recessed radial fanlight and more deeply recessed
door of 6 fielded panels, up 3 stone steps. Side to Sherborne
Street has two 12-pane sashes in flush stone surrounds on each
floor, longer on ground floor,
Internal shutters remain in some rooms.
