12/113 Stables and former coach house
at Kingscote Park
GV II

Stables and former coach house also in use as stables. Mid/late
C19. Coursed stone with hipped stone slate roof. U-shape range
with open corner to north west, single storey, with attic to former
groom's lodgings on north east side, also with small brick stack.
Originally with double coach bays to left and single to right, and
4 stable doors arranged in pairs with 2-light windows between, with
central plain door to long stable range in centre of U-shape. All
with segmental heads. Coach bays to left now infilled and with
stable doors, to right with window. In right hand corner lower
segmental arch over door and window to groom's quarters, with
hipped 2-light dormer and 2-light casement on outer wall.
