II
Farmhouse. Probably C17, cased in brick in Cl9 and enlarged to
right. Painted brick-faced timber framing, tile roof, formerly
brick end stacks, stack to right now on ridge. L-plan with
additional wing to right extending backwards, with catslide roof
over rear outshut, 2 storeys and attic. Originally 3 windows,
plus fourth to right of straight joint in brickwork, paired wood
casements, under cambered heads on ground floor and on first floor
to right. Central 6-panel door with 4 bolection panels and top 2
glazed, and C19 gabled porch hood on struts. Two gabled dormers
on original range, with additional dormer to right, all with C20
two-light.
