The Cottage
GV II

House, end of row. Early C19. Squared and coursed limestone, concrete tile
roof. A plain block, possibly incorporating earlier work, with a brick stack
behind ridge at centre. Two storeys, two 12-pane sashes above a large plate-
glass tripartite sash and a 6-panel door with transom light, all below a moulded
'floating' cornice. Included primarily for group value.
