Early C19. Formerly Fareham Flour Mills. Red brick with parapet. Four storeys five windows with segmental arches and vertical glazing bars. Modern brick lift shaft added in front of centre of facade.

The listed buildings on the Lower Quay form a group, most of which is visible from the approach from the town centre through the Railway Viaduct across Quay Street.
