Early C19 house adjoining Curtis Depository (qv). Stucco facade. Hipped slate
roof. 2 storeys. Eastern facade flanked by pilasters has 1 window, unbarred 3
light sashes with segmental arches. Southern facade has 3 windows irregularly
placed. Doorway in north facade with engaged columns and projecting cornice.
The listed buildings on the Lower Quay form a group, most of which is visible from
the approach from the town centre through the Railway Viaduct across Quay Street.
