House, now pair of cottages. C16 refronted C18, divided and slate-hung,
C19. Timber-frame encased in brick, slate hung front. Old plain tile
and slate roof, 2 storey, 3 bay. In centre pair of C20 top-lit doors under
wide cambered arch in open timber pent-roofed porch. Each side small 12-pane
sash with above 2-light casement. Blind opening above doors. Toothed
eaves. Roof higher in centre with hips down to mansard roof each side with
upper part in slate. Stacks each end shared with adjoining building.
