House in small group. Early C19. Coursed rubble, concrete tile
roof. A symmetrical central staircase plan, set gable to the
road and facing into the valley of the River Wey.
2 storeys, 3 windows, 16-pane sashes in flush boxes and to
wood sills, with tripartite stone lintel with key; the central
first-floor light is blind, but with a 12-pane sash painted
in. A C19 five-panel door with painted over fanlight has a
flush stone arch over. A small brick stack to the right gable,
and a larger rendered stack to the left. This gable also has
6-pane casement in a rendered plat surround and wide stone
tripartite lintel with key, above a 5-panel part-glazed C19
door under a good radial fanlight in a flush stone surround.
The plinth dies into the pavement, left.
