(Formerly Listed as:

II

Detached house, former rectory. c1840. Rubble or rendered,
slate roof. The house faces S, with its back to the road, and
is in 2 sections; the original range was extended by one bay
to the W in the later C19. A C20 single-storey range across
the back.
2 storeys and attic, 1+3 windows; the later section has large
paired 4-pane sashes to a wide central mullion box, and the
original range has two 2-light hipped dormers above modified
16-pane sash at first floor and 4-pane sash to the ground
floor, flanking a pair of French doors under a transom light.
There are brick gable stacks, and a further stack to the later
range. The left gable is plain, with one doorway, and the
right gable, in rubble, has a 4-pane sash to segmental head,
and a smaller light, above a box porch over a flush panelled
door with 3-pane transom light, in panelled reveals. The rear
wall also in rubble, has two 3-light early casements, one with
a transom, and one with leading, at the first floor, and an
added external eaves stack.
INTERIOR: partly inspected, retains little of the original
fittings.
