9/3/60 Witley Manor

GV II

Walls and gateway. C18 lower parts, upper courses C19 and C20. Sandstone
blocks to lower half, coursed sandstone above, with D-shaped brick coping.
Approx. 10 feet high by 60 metres long. One step door surround to left of
centre over planked door. Further gate in angle of the wall to left. Main
gates and posts to left end of red and blue brick piers with 4-centre sand-
stone arch over double, boarded, gates. The wall and gate form a prominent
feature on the village street.
