Hall house, now public house. Late C15/Early C16, altered and extended in the
1930's. Timber framed with whitewashed brick front, tile hung above with
hipped and gablet plain tiled roof. Two storeys, four framed bays with rear
stack to left of centre and stacks to ends. Four windows to first floor and
three windows to ground floor, one window in flat roofed extension breaking
forward to left end. Part glazed door to right under flat hood on scroll
brackets, door to centre and part glazed door to left. C2O extensions to
rear, including tile hung wing at right angles. Some small section of framing
exposed.
