Cottage. Probably C19, thoroughly refurbished circa 1970. Plastered cob on stone
rubble footings; south end wall is weather-boarded; stone rubble or brick stacks
topped with C20 brick; thatch roof.
Plan: 2-room plan cottage backing onto the lane and facing east. The right (nortn)
room has a projecting rear lateral stack.
Exterior: irregular 2-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars. Main front
doorway is right of centre and it contains a C20 door with contemporary gabled
porch. Secondary door at left end. Roof is gable-ended.
Interior: not inspected.
The Green contains an attractive group of small thatch-roofed houses.
