House divided into two cottages. Circa C16 or C17. Long stone rubble range, partly
plastered cob on west side. Steeply pitched corrugated asbestos roof with gabled
ends. Two storeys. Five window range. Small modern mid C19 casement. Centre
projects slightly and gabled. Modern wooden porch to left in the angle. Brick
chimney stacks at gable end. Tudor Cottage has entrance at rear to west.
Interior: of Eggmoor Cottage: chamfered ceiling beam and moulded fireplace
bressummer.
