Early C18 pair of houses with C19 addition and modern
fenestration. Red brick, yellow stock on NE. 2 storeys and
attic. 4 windows. Floor band to 3 windows on W. No 70 with
old tile roof is taller. Dummy window over modern central door,
plain pilaster on W end. Gabled casement dormer. No 72 has
modern pantile roof, replacement sash window and C17/18 red brick
wall on NE side. Included for group value.
