House. Late C17 or early C18 in 2 builds. Extended mid to late C19.
Timber frame to first floor with whitewashed brick nogging on
whitewashed brick ground floor, brick extension. Tiled roof. 2 bays
separately built and roofed, that to right set back. 2 storeys. Entrance
in right bay with a later tiled hood to timber and brick porch. Ground
floor 3 light timber glazing bar casements, first floor 2 light casement
with exposed posts, studs and braces. Left bay is similar. Right gable
end external stack with offsets, exposed cambered tie beam and struts.
Right gable end of left bay has exposed framing. Left gable end external
stack in a ground floor lean-to outshut. Continuous rear outshut to rear
of left bay. Attached to rear is a mid to late C19 range with a parallel
ridge, gable end sashes with an entrance to right, ridge stack. Interior
not inspected.
