House. C17, extended and altered early C20. Timber frame exposed on N
half of front and roughcast on N half of rear. N gable and S half of
house in red brick in Flemish-bond. Steep old red tile roof. A
2-storeys, 3 windows wide house with small gabled brick and tile porch
in middle. Lion rampant plaque of Sowerby Estate on front. 4-lights
casement windows. 2 internal chimneys.
