Cottage. Probably C17, altered in the C19 and C20. Roughcast cob on stone
footings, with asbestos tile gabled-end roof. Single depth 2-room plan. 2
storeys.
Front: 2 window range; C19 3-light casements on 1st floor; similar to either side
of central doorway which has a canopy on brackets. Right-hand end partly
weatherboarded with a single window above a leanto. One 1st floor window to rear.
Internal end stack to right.
Interior: 2 cross ceiling beams, chamfered with step stops. Fireplace lintel,
chamfered with hollow step stops. Roof appears to be C18 or early C19, straight
principals, morticed at apex.
