House. c1820. Stucco over brick with renewed slate roof and
right end stack, wrought-iron window guards.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First-floor band.
First floor has tall 6/6 sashes, second floor has 3/3 sashes,
ground floor has 1/1 sash, all in plain reveals and with
sills. Entrance at left a 6-panel door with fanlight. Cornice
and blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first-floor window guards have
embellished rods with lower lattice frieze.
