House. c1809. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof, rendered stack at
centre on rear pitch. 3 storeys, attic and basement. 3 stone
steps approach recessed 6-panelled door with moulded
architrave, C20 porch. To left 2-storey tripartite bow window,
ground and first floor, each floor has 12-pane centre sash,
8-pane flanking sashes, flanking pilasters, plain strips
divide lights, panelled frieze, cornice and panelled apron.
Second floor has 4-pane sash, band course and coped parapet.
C20 4-light flat dormer.
INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached early C19 cast-iron railings to
basement area.
