3 houses (part of original terrace) now offices. c1810. Nos 17
and 18 rebuilt mid-C20. Yellow stock brick in Flemish bond.
Nos 13 and 14 Welsh slate roof, brick stack to right. Nos 15
and 16 artificial slate, C20 roof concealed.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, attic and basement to Nos 13/14, 15/16,
17/18. 7 bays (2:3:2), Nos 15/16 (centre 3 bays) projects
slightly. 5 stone steps with attached railings approach on
left of Nos 13/14 a 6-panelled door, on left of Nos 15/16 a
4-moulded panelled door and to right of Nos 17/18 a 6-panelled
moulded and fielded door, each with fanlight set under gauged
brick arch. To right of Nos 13/14 and to left of Nos 17/18 is
1 and on right of Nos 15/16 2 round-headed 2-leaf 4-pane
casements each with margin glazing and ornate radial glazing
at head set under gauged brick round arch. Doors and windows
are set within recessed arcade. Attached area iron railings to
Nos 13/14, 15/16 with linked circle band. Sillband at first
floor with 7 (2:3:2) 12-pane sashes, each set under flat
rendered arch. Sillband at second floor with 7 unequal sashes,
Nos 15/16 6-panes, Nos 17/18 9-panes, each set under similar
flat rendered arch. Paired brick dentil course, moulded stone
cornice and coped parapet. Nos 15/16 has facing brick
dentilled pediment with stone cornice and ball finial. Small
dormer to Nos 13/14 and 15/16, 13/14 has round head.
