thatch roof. 2 rendered brick gable-end stacks.
Plan: 2-room plan, each equal sized and heated by gable-end fireplace. C20 rear

Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front of circa early C20 small-paned 2-
light casements. Central C20 thatch roofed porch with part-glazed doors.
