Pair of estate cottages. Circa 1900. Grey limestone with slate roof, gabled at
ends, centre stack with stone shaft.
Plan: Pair of symmetrical adjoining cottages, possibly of pattern book design,
sharing the central stack. Overall T plan with a wider block to the rear and a
shorter front block with 2 gables to the front; each cottage entered through porches
in the left and right angles between the rear and front blocks.
Exterior: Symmetrical 2 window front with diagonal stone porches to left and right
and 2 gables to the front. 2 ground floor 3-light windows with iron lattice glazing
bars, 2 similar 2-light windows to the first floor.
Interior: Not inspected.
