Substantial C18 farmhouse. Brick walls now roughcast and colour-washed. High
pitched pantiled roof has end and ridge stacks, partly rebuilt. Two storeys, five
windows. Replaced sash windows with glazing bars in wood architraves. Later
gabled central porch with modern door. At left end lower range of extensions in
rubble stone, partly roughcast with high pitched pantiled roof. Rear pentice,
the centre part original,to hold the staircase. Interior shows very wide hall
and staircase branching at half landing. Square balusters, two to a tread
except at corners where they are turned and close set. Spiral ended handrail,
All original doors.
