Farmhouse. c.1840: Rendered rubble, back painted rubble, slate roof. Typical
broad span gabled block,extended to north by one bay. Two storeys, 1 + 4
windows: symmetrical 3 bay to which one added, all 12-pane sashes except 16-pane
in first bay. Door central to original front, deepset part-glazed panelled
under flat hood. Back has 16 over 16 pane, then margin bar sash over
part-glazed door to flat hood, and 2-light C20 casement above 16-pane, and
2-Light casements far right. Deep box eaves, small brick stacks, to road gable,
and to former outer gable. road gable has 2-light glazing bar casement at
ground floor. Interior not inspected.
