House. C17, reworked C19. Substantial timber framed structure clad in red brick
skin to front and side elevations. C20 tiles to front of roof, corrugated iron
catslide roof to rear, encasing steeper pitched clay tiled roof. 2-room plan, 2
storeys, with C19 and C20 lean-to additions to rear. House was divided into 2
cottages in C19, front elevation having 2 doorways to centre. One of these now
blocked, other with casement window. Flanking these are. 2 3-light casements.
Ground floor openings have cambered heads. First floor has 2 3-light casements
and one off-centre 2-light casement. One red brick ridge stack. Red brick
external stack to RH gable end. Interior: LH ground floor room retains built-in
corner cupboard with moulded round-arch.
