circa 1800. Weatherboarded house on nearly square plan, of 2 storeys with
pyramidal hipped tile roof, culminating in single brick chimney stack.
3 sides have only one window on each floor: the fourth has 2-windows.
Trellis porch with concave metal hood in contemporary 'rustic-oriental'
