C16 or earlier. Colour washed rouglicast and modern painted mock framing over timber
frame construction concluding one full cruck truss. Thatched roof. Two room plan
with central single sided stack and gable end stack at original north end, abutting
No 30. Half-hipped gable end to road. One storey and attics. Two eyebrow dormers,
several casements, some with leaded lights, modern porch.
