GV II

Three Estate Cottages, 'en bloc', formerly four. Dated B 1862 with ducal coronet
over, on south elevation. U-Plan block, with wide central bay projecting to south.
Coursed rubble-stone walls. Hipped slate roofs. Brick stacks at the eaves of the
rear wings, on the central ridge left and right of centre, and on the front ridge
at centre. 2 storeys. Sash windows, with south elevation having sashes arranged
one-two-one. Dressed stone voussoirs over, and stone cills. Porches, two in the
angles of the south elevation, one in the rear angle of the east elevation. Dressed
stone round arches with imposts and keys, with dressed stone cornices and parapets
over, C19. Plank round-headed doors. Two rear doors are plank with 4 glass panes
in each, C20.
